Our relationship with our bodies can be complex. We live within spaces and systems that often encourage disconnection from our bodies. Shame, control, objectification, trauma, and dehumanization can impact the way we relate to our bodies and to the bodies of those around us.
Come join us for an evening as we explore the messages we have learned about our bodies and how these messages affect us. An invitation to explore what a more curious and integrated way of living might look like, and how listening to our bodies can offer something of value to our healing and wholeness, both individually and collectively.
