Constance brings a rare blend of depth, intuition, and integrative skill to her work, meeting the whole person—body, mind, heart, and spirit. With advanced training in counseling, nursing, functional nutrition, embodiment, parts work, and ketamine-assisted approaches, her work bridges the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of healing in a grounded and accessible way.
Her background began in counseling, shaping the compassionate, steady presence she offers today. She approaches each person with curiosity and respect, creating a space where complexity is welcomed and the full human experience can be held without judgment. Whether someone is seeking clarity, nervous-system regulation, physical support, or a deeper connection with themselves, Constance helps folks uncover what has been overlooked and reconnect with their inner resources.
Constance’s work is also rooted in a long personal and professional engagement with spirituality. She is ordained as a mystical Christian priest through the Order of the Mystic Heart, holding a grounded, humanistic mysticism that honors both ancient wisdom and modern science. Her approach remains spacious, nonjudgmental, and deeply embodied—always inviting each person into healing in ways that feel authentic to their values, identity, and lived experience.
