Meet Lindsey, ‘26-’27 Counseling Intern

Hi, I’m Lindsey

I believe we are made through relationship, for relationship. Because of that, I see therapy as a place where healing can emerge through safe, attuned, and genuine connection.

Life has a way of leaving us carrying stories, wounds, and patterns that can feel difficult to understand on our own. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in the same relationships, emotions, or ways of coping without fully knowing why. My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, welcomed, and free to bring all parts of your experience without fear of judgment.

My approach is relational and trauma-informed. Together, we will explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you, seeking to understand not only what is happening in your life today, but also the deeper stories beneath the surface. Rather than trying to eliminate the parts of you that struggle, we will approach them with curiosity and compassion, honoring the ways they may have helped you survive.

I view therapy as a collaborative process that unfolds at a pace that respects your story, your body, and your unique journey. Through our work together, my hope is that you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself, experience greater freedom in your relationships, and move toward a more grounded and connected way of being in the world.

I am excited to begin seeing clients as a Counseling Intern at The Art of Becoming Collective starting July 1, 2026. As I complete my Master's in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, I offer a relational, trauma-informed approach that values curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection. I look forward to walking alongside clients as they explore their stories, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth.

Feel free to reach out to inquire about working with Lindsey HERE.
